FIT to EAT
Want to learn how to eat better in a sustainable way? Join us for our 12 week nutrition and behavior change class that focuses on teaching you how to adhere to a healthier lifestyle. FIT to EAT is led by Dr. Brittany Crim, our Registered Dietitian who specializes in behavior change and lifestyle management. The FIT to EAT program will include access to a weekly, pre-recorded seminar that will provide education on various nutrition and healthy lifestyle topics. The program will also include a weekly, live, and interactive Zoom meeting where you can chat with Dr. Crim and other participants about nutrition questions, lifestyle change difficulties, recipe sharing, etc. In order to meet your specific needs, you will also receive an individual, 30 minute Zoom meeting with Dr. Crim on 3 occasions (beginning, middle, and end of the program). This will allow you to establish specific goals for your desired health outcomes. Join us in creating a healthier you!
