Get FIT at the WFC
The Fitness Institute of Texas and LBJ Wildflower Center (WFC) have teamed up to bring Get FIT outside!
Get FIT is a 12-week fitness, weight loss and behavior change program run by the experts at FIT. The goal of Get FIT is to help participants improve their fitness, lose body fat and implement health behavior changes that can be maintained for a lifetime. The workouts are a balanced mix between cardiovascular and resistance training, the goal being to maximize weight loss from fat and improve daily functioning.
Your Registration Includes:
- 2 in-person classes/week held at the WFC + 1 Pre-recorded Strength Workout
- Classes are held T/Th 7:30-8:30am (Tues – 1/2 and 1/2 Day and Thurs – Aerobic Day)
- Access to our FIT to EAT Program
- Pre and Post DXA Body Composition Assessment
Get FIT classes are designed for adults of any age and fitness level. We ask for you to bring your own mat, water, and sweat towel. All participants must follow WFC Safety Guidelines.
Scheduling and Pricing
Classes begin June 5th and end August 18th.
WFC Get FIT Program is $220, but you may sign up at anytime for a reduced cost.
