New Program: FIT Mind & Body
FIT Mind & Body, developed by faculty in the Anxiety & Stress Clinic (Dept. of Psychology) and the Fitness Institute of Texas (Dept. of Kinesiology and Health Education), which integrates mental health and exercise into a small group (10 participant maximum), 6-week comprehensive program begins February 2. Each week includes one group counseling session (CLA 4.510; Monday 5:30-6:30 pm) and two group exercise sessions (BEL966; TT 5:30-6:30 pm).
