This educational series provides 2 pre-recorded classes and 1 live Q&A session. The pre-recorded sessions will cover an understanding of the physiological reactions and risk of stress and anxiety. It will provide education about how to reduce and manage stress in healthy ways. The 2nd pre-recorded class will be a sampling of various stress reduction techniques led by our Yoga Professor of Practice, Zoe Mantarakis. The live Q&A session will be an interactive Zoom meeting with Zoe and our behavioral health specialist, Dr. Brittany Crim where you can ask all your stress and anxiety management questions and get ideas personalized to your needs.
