Sleep FIT

Sleep FIT is a course that helps you understand sleep patterns, stages, and recommendations.  Sleep FIT provides 2 pre-recorded classes covering everything that is sleep related, including recommendations for improving sleep hygiene.  We also provide a virtual Q&A session where you can discuss the content of the videos and ask questions more specific to your sleep concerns.  Classes and Q&A sessions are led by our Registered Dietitian and behavioral health specialist: Dr. Brittany Crim, and our yoga professor, Zoe Mantarakis.
