Simple Saint Pattys Day Green Smoothie

Try this super simple, fresh green smoothie this Saint Pattys Day!
It is perfect for breakfast or makes for a great mid-day snack.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen fruit. I used fresh strawberries, pineapple, and banana
  • 2 cups spinach (rinsed)
  • 1-1.5 cups milk (depending on your preferred thickness). I used 1% milk but you could also use soy, coconut, or nut milk
  • 1 cup ice (if you use fresh fruit)

Directions:

All ingredients
1. Blend together ice (if using fresh fruit), milk, and spinach until smooth

2. Add fruits and blend again until smooth
Mixed until smooth
3. That’s it, you’re done!
