FIT to Eat

“FIT to Eat” is 12-week, 60-minute interactive nutrition and behavior change program. This program is aimed at helping those who struggle with nutrition and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and need more accountability, practical strategies, and information to get on the right track. FIT to Eat is led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and features guest speakers that specialize in fitness and behavior change. Whether your goal is to lose weight or to get help maintaining a healthy lifestyle, FIT to Eat addresses a broad range of topics and nutrition interests.

FIT to Eat Includes:

  • Nutrition education – sample topics include meal planning, fad diets, and tips for eating out
  • Weekly personalized dietary feedback
  • Information on exercise & sample workouts
  • Behavior change information & strategies
  • Access to the latest research on health, diet, & fitness
  • Optional weekly weigh ins
  • Weekly recipes and/or food demonstrations
