Lab Members

Timothy Lowe

Timothy is a PhD candidate in the Dept. of Kinesiology and Health Education. His research interest focuses on neuromuscular injury mechanism and lower limb biomechanics.  Currently he is investigating the role of fatigue in reducing arthrogenic muscle inhibition in the quadriceps after ACL reconstruction.

Xin Yu

Xin is a PhD student in the Dept. of Kinesiology and Health Education. Her research interest focuses on fatigue and motor unit activity. Currently, she in investigating muscle onset and fatigue in the shoulder complex.

Mohsen Alighanbari

Mohsen is a PhD student in the Dept. of Kinesiology and Health Education. His research interest focuses on the effects of aging on neuromuscular and biomechanical factors during single- and multi-joint movement in the hand and forearm.

Huiying Zhu

Huiying is a PhD student in the Dept. of Kinesiology and Health Education. Huiying studies the effects of aging on neuromuscular control during subacromial shoulder pain.

Eric Cook

Eric is a PhD student in the Dept. of Kinesiology and Health Education. Eric studies the effects of vibration treatment for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.

Jie Yang

Jie is a masters student in the Dept. of Kinesiology and Health Education. Jie studies neuromuscular control following anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury reconstruction.

Ningzhen Zhao

Ningzhen is a masters student in the Dept. of Kinesiology and Health Education. Ningzhen investigates changes in EEG following peripheral electrical stimulation.
