If the questions we ask are the ones you’d want to spend your time on, reach out. You don’t need a background in bone \u2014 curiosity and drive matter more to me than a perfect r\u00e9sum\u00e9. Some of the best people for a lab like this come from outside fields, like immunology, reproductive biology, engineering, evolutionary biology, or one I haven’t thought of yet.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

It is never too early to reach out. Undergrads from all majors are welcome! New students typically start by attending lab meetings to get a sense of what our work currently looks like.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

I don’t currently have open funded postdoc positions, but grants are always in progress. If this is the work you want to do, reach out anyway, and we can talk fellowships and what’s in the pipeline.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
