Participants (N=284; 27 groups), attended diabetes educational classes (18 total) and baseline, 6 months, 12 months, and 24 months testing (A1c, blood pressure, cholesterol, surveys, cortisol, sleep, physical activity) sessions. \u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sharing TX STRIDE&nbsp;with the Community\u200b<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Now that the research project has ended, the TX STRIDE curriculum and other resources are available to the community free of charge.
