Prior to this appointment I was a postdoctoral fellow in the Carnegie Mellon and RAND Traineeships (CMART) in Methodology and Interdisciplinary Education Research program, funded by the U.S. Department of Education.
Currently, I am the Co-Principal Investigator on a National Science Foundation research grant expanding the hierarchical rater model for longitudinal and/or complex hierarchical designs and multidimensional assessments. Some of my current work involves the development of rating models to understand rater effects and time trends in the rating of teaching quality.
I supervise the Measurement of Raters and Ratings in Education (MoRRE) research group. Check out our blog!
