The Health Innovation & Evaluation Team is a multi-disciplinary team that works at the intersection of research, practice, and evaluation in public health settings. Drawing upon concepts from a variety of approaches, such as complex adaptive systems, neuroscience, and evaluation science, the Team provides technical support to help organizations identify and meet their goals in a variety of areas. These include:

  • Strategic planning and implementation
  • Program planning and evaluation
  • Creating and managing communities of practice and learning
  • Using complexity concepts to frame innovation and collaborative work
  • Creating connections and eliciting insights through the facilitation of new conversations
  • Conducting or identifying relevant research to inform project development
  • Providing relevant, focused education for stakeholders
