Work-Family Conflict

One of my favorite retreats to facilitate has been on Work-Family Conflict (WFC). Why? Well, for one, I think it’s something we all struggle with at some level, yet infrequently discuss.  Second, recent research suggests are starting to acknowledge these concerns, more than ever.

For an excellent report on this topic entitled “The New Dad: Caring, Committed and Conflicted,” led by Professor Brad Harrington at Boston College, click here.

Below is a description of a workshop I co-facilitated with my good friend and former student, Dr. Ryan McKelley. We welcome inquiries of how to adapt this program for your own organization. To download a .pdf version, click here.
